The river cruise on mighty Ayeyarwaddy River is one of the spectacular trips. As one travels downstream spectacular gorges give way to expansive vistas of shimmering water, jungle-clad banks to endless paddy. The river eventually filters into the ocean through a thousand square mile delta. Passing through its most picturesque defiles is the essence of the expedition.

Domestic flights on Air Mandalay or Yangon Airways or Air Bagan (F-100, ATR 72/42)
The cruise is totally furnished with Myanmar unique teak woods. There are 14 cabins & 01 honeymooners’ cabin with 04 common bathrooms and 05 common toilets on double–deck. Travellers’ restaurant serves delicious cuisines with fascinating landscapes and traditional landscapes can be observed at the dinner times.
Travellers’ bar is a cozy place to chit chat and open air relax area is ready to contemplate the harmonizing the rhythm of the river.

Day 01 Arrival Yangon
Welcome at Yangon International Airport. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Orientation tour Yangon if time permits. Visit Botahtaung Pagoda - the combination of Stupa & Temple, the colonial area, Sule Pagoda - the landmark of Yangon City Centre, Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha Image - 72 meters long huge colossal image. Finally, visit Shwedagon Pagoda - one of the wonders of the world. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 02 Flight to Mandalay & embaring RV Min Kyan Sit Cruise
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, transfer to the jetty and embark on board. Check in on board. Cruise to Mingun and visit Pathodaygyi – unfinished pagoda & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda. Lunch on board. Proceed to Hton Gyi village and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way and you may have the new experience to see the Ayeyarwaddy dolphin (depends on the period). Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 03 RV Min Kyan Sit Cruise
Morning, breakfast on board. Cruise to Kyaukmyaung which is the most important village in Myanmar for producing of glazed earthen jar. And then continue to Tabaikkyin and on the way, visit to Anyarthihataw pagoda. Continue to sailing to Pe Saung. Visit the authentic villages. Lunch oboard and leisure during the cruise. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 04 RV Min Kyan Sit Cruise
Morning, breakfast on board. Cruise to Male and Thanyetkhone and enjoy the life of the river and visit the authentic villages. Lunch on board and leisure during the cruise. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 05 Drive back to Mandalay (190 km, 7/8 hours)
Morning, breakfast on board and continue for sailing to reach Tagaung. Upon arrival Tagaung jetty, disembarking and check out on board. Visit Tagaung ancient city and Payagyi Pagoda, U Tint Te (Guardian Spirit of Home), market and drive back to Mandalay on the rough and bumpy road. Arrival Mandalay and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 06 Visit Amarapura, Sagaing & AVA
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Excurion to Amarapura – an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. And then excursion to Ava (Inwa) and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monasterybuilt by the chief queen in 1818, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. On the way back to Mandalay, you may enjoy sunset from U Bein bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 07 Drive to Monywa (112km, 03:30/04:00 hours) & visit Po Win taung caves
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Monywa. Upon arrival, transfer and check in at the hotel. Excursion to Powintaung Caves - situated in a cliff which houses over 400,000 Buddha images. Overnight in Monywa.

Day 08 Visit Monywa & drive to Bagan. (290 km, 6/7 hours)
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Thanbode Temple-over 500,000 Buddha Images built in 1930, The Bodhitahtaung Temple-over 1000 sitting Buddha Images under 1000 Bodhi trees (Ficus Religioso), the Shwetharlyaung Reclining Buddha Image, etc. Proceed to Pakkoku (4 hours) and take the ferry to a village (01 hour) then drive to Bagan (1 hour). Arrival and check in the hotel. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 09 Sightseeing Bagan
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit colourful local market, Shwezigon Pagoda - the glory of Bagan, Htilominlo Temple - the best pilaster carving, Nathtaukkyaung - monastery made of teak wood, Ananda Temple - the masterpiece of Bagan, Gubyaukgyi Temple - the best mural paintings of 11th century, Manuha Temple - huge Buddha Images, Dhamayangyi Temple - the biggest and the finest brickworks temple in Bagan, Sulamani Temple - the 12th century temple, the lacquerware workshop- the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of a pagoda or temple. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 10 Excursion Mt.Popa (50 km, 2 hours) & flight to Yangon
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach of top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and back to Bagan. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 11 Departure
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.
