Siem Reap-Yangon-Bagan-Mt. Popa-Mandalay-Pindaya-Inle-Yangon
We can discover the secrets of Asia by doing this program. It provides a great opportunity to observe the most important places of Myanmar and the secrets of Angkor Wat within a short period. We can see many things in little time.

Sightseeing by coach with air-condition.
The authentic Minkyansit boats (the property of Adventure Myanmar), made of teak wood are traditionally built and decorated, available on request for Mingun-Ava (Inwa) river excursion in Myanmar. Our catering team is ready serve delicious cuisine.
Domestic flights on Air Mandalay or Yangon Airways or Air Bagan (F-100, ATR-72/42) in Myanmar.

Day 01 Arrival Siem Reap
Welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel. If time permits, visit the grand circuit: Neak Pean, Preah Khan and Pre Rup. Overnight in Siem Reap.

 

Day 02 Siem Reap
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit the south gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Terrace of Leper king and Elephant. Afternoon visit the Angkor Wat “The Great Wonders”, Bakeng and enjoy the sunset at Bakeng Hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.

 

 

Day 03 Siem Reap
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit the small circuit: Ta Keo, Ta Phrom, Bantey Kdey, East Mebon and Srah Srang. In the late afternoon, visit Bantey Srei “The City of Women” and Bantey Samré. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 04 Flight to Yangon.
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Arrival Yangon and welcome at the airport. Transfer and check in at the hotel. Visit the Botahtaung Pagoda- the combination of stupa & temple, the colonial area, the Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha Image- 72 meters long huge colossal image. Finally, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda-one of the wonders of the world where we can observe the ways of life of Buddhists such as offering the water, candles, flowers, etc. Overnight in Yangon.

 

Day 05 Flight to Bagan. Sightseeing.
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan. Visit local market, where we can understand the daily life of local people, the Shwezigon Pagoda-the glory of Bagan, which was built over 900 years ago, the Htilominlo Temple-the best pilaster carving, the Nathtaukkyaung Monastery- monastery made of teak wood at the bank of the river, the Ananda Temple-the masterpiece of Bagan, the Gubyaukgyi Temple-the best mural paintings of 11th century, the Manuha Temple-huge Buddha Images in standing and reclining positions, the Dhamayangyi Temple-the biggest and the finest brickworks temple in Bagan, the Sulamani Temple-the 12th century temple, which is proud for its colourful wall paintings, the lacquerware workshop-the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of a pagoda or temple. Overnight
in Bagan.

 

Day 06 Drive to Mt.Popa (50 km, 2 hours).
Proceed to Mandalay (240 km, 5/6 hours)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach of top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and proceed to Mandalay. Check in at the hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

Day 07 Excursion Amarapura, Sagaing & sightseeing Mandalay
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image- one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar with 01 ton of gold-gilded and many pieces of precious stones, such as diamonds, rubies, pearls, sapphires, emeralds, etc. Excursion to Amarapura, an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries.
Drive to Mandalay and visit traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda, which houses 729 marble slabs sculptured the teaching of Buddha, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery, which is the masterpiece of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.



Day 08 River cruise Mingun-Ava (Inwa)
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun (01 hour) along mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remained as the biggest pile of bricks & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represents Mt. Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Proceed to Ava (Inwa) by boat for about 02 hours. On the way, we may observe the beauty of serene Sagaing Hill & bridge from the boat. Arrive to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick type building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1811, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarpaura and enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 09 Flight to Heho.
Drive to Pindaya (45 km, 01:30 hours).
Proceed to Inle (97 km, 02:30 hours)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Drive to Pindaya and enjoy the marvelous landscapes of hilly region with vegetables plantation, terrace-landing cultivation, etc. Visit the Pindaya Caves-houses 8094 Buddha Images cast in lacquer, wood, stone, alabaster, etc, umbrella workshop, which is made of pulp. Proceed to Inle and on the way, visit Shweyanpye Monastery-typical Shan Monastery, made of wood which is about 500 years old and its pagoda-there are over 700 small Buddha Images in niches fully painted traditionally by Shan people. Check in at the hotel and overnight.

 

Day 10 Excursion Inle
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit In Thein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and busheswhich are supposed to be old about 500 years, floating gardens, floating villages, Lotus-petal robe weaving looms, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda-the most venerable pagoda on the lake, which houses 05 images of Buddha completely gilded, In Paw Khon village to observe the silk weaving, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight.

 

Day 11 Flight to Yangon.
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to Bogyoke market and visit. Leisure on your own. Overnight in Yangon.

 

Day 12 Departure
Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Leisure on your own. Transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.
